myHealthfolio is a secure internet based system that provides consumers/employees personal health portfolios that enable them to customize access and manage health records from a wide range of health care information and programs.  The system will provide individual consumers customized access to health history, claims data, calendars and reminders, and health education.



Visitors
myHealthfolio’s Visitor Portal is a secure site for an individual, such as a physician, to view data specifically  chosen by a myHealthfolio user. The myHealthfolio user creates the visitor account, including security credentials, and then selects data to make available to the visitor site.  Only the invited visitor has access to the visitor site. The subscriber controls who, what, and when the information is accessible.



Sponsors
myHealthfolio’s Sponsor Portal is a secure site for a sponsoring organization, such as an employer, to communicate with their sponsored users, such as employees. The sponsor is able to send calendaring events, educational feeds, and “News of the Day” to their sponsored groups’ myHealthfolio home pages. However, the sponsor has absolutely no access to any health information of their sponsored users.
